Personalized customer service is a hallmark of CRL and is available to all CRL clients and prospective client companies. The Customer Service staff is carefully trained and accountable for inquiries (by phone or fax), from the underwriting staff and field force. Typical inquiries concern specimen status, additional test request, or kit ordering, and are handled promptly and efficiently.
