Collection Instructions:

Collect peripheral blood by venipuncture into a serum separator tube (SST). Allow specimen to clot for 30 minutes. Separate serum from clot by centrifugation (1000 x g, 15 minutes). Remove serum and assay immediately or aliquot and store at ≤ –20°C.
