Collection Instructions:

Collect peripheral blood by venipuncture into purple top tube (EDTA as anticoagulant) & mix thoroughly. Within 30 minutes, separate plasma from cells by centrifugation (1000 x g; 15 minutes). Remove plasma and assay immediately or aliquot and store at ≤ -20˚C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
