Upon study award, your dedicated CRL Project Manager is your primary contact in terms of provision and development of services ranging from project specification documents and supplies to monitoring to study closure. Project Managers consult extensively during study initiation to ensure that the Sponsor, the Investigator, and CRL staff have a clear and consistent understanding of their respective responsibilities. The Project Manager also works closely with you to establish and articulate clear requirements for your study and implement all the tools you need to ensure that critical milestones are achieved.
